Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 10, 2026

This website, elevatecode.io, is operated by Ecom Analytics Co, a Pennsylvania limited liability company doing business as Elevate Code ("we", "us"). This policy describes what information we collect on this site, why we collect it, and what we do with it. Questions go to [email protected].

Information you give us

When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message. When you book a call through the scheduling widget (Calendly), we receive the details you provide there, such as your name, email address, and the appointment time. We use this information to respond to you and to prepare for the conversation you requested. It is stored in our database (hosted on Cloudflare), delivered to us by email (via SendGrid) and by an internal Slack notification.

Information collected automatically

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device type) and the LinkedIn Insight Tag for advertising measurement. Both set cookies. We also record how you first arrived at the site: campaign parameters from the URL (such as utm_source and utm_term), advertising click identifiers (such as gclid), the page you landed on, and the referring site. This attribution information is kept in a first-party cookie named _ec_attr and, if you submit the contact form or book a call, is saved with your submission so we know which of our campaigns brought you here.

The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which analyzes limited technical signals from your browser to distinguish people from bots.

Cookies

  • _ga and _ga_*: Google Analytics identifiers used for usage measurement.
  • _ec_attr: our first-party cookie recording how you first arrived at the site.
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag cookies: advertising measurement.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile cookies: spam protection on the contact form.

If you visit from the European Economic Area or the UK, analytics and advertising tags do not load unless you accept them through the consent banner.

How we use information

We use the information above to respond to inquiries, schedule and prepare for calls, measure and improve our advertising, and improve the site. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers named in this policy (Cloudflare, Google, LinkedIn, SendGrid, Slack, and Calendly), each acting on our instructions to run this site and our business.

Retention and your choices

We keep contact and booking records for as long as we need them to run our business. You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing [email protected]. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date above. This policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
